For panic — when breath feels stuck

5-Finger Breathing

Combines touch, slow breath, and a clear end-point (five fingers = one round). Often works when “try to breathe” fails.

Hold one hand out flat. With a finger on the other hand, trace slowly up one side of each finger as you breathe in, and down the other side as you breathe out.
